We require that all who enroll meet the following guidelines:

1. You should be trained at least to the prehospital emergency level of an EMT-Basic.
2. You must submit a letter of recommendation with your application. You do not have to be a commissioned officer nor be currently assigned to a tactical team, but a bona fide law enforcement or emergency services agency must sponsor you on department letterhead to participate in this training. Applicants from the United States Armed Forces are welcome with a letter from their immediate supervisor or commander.
3. You should meet the physical fitness criteria and submit the physical activity readiness form signed by your physician.
4. Your fees must be paid in advance.
5. You should leave your ego at home. You will not need it for this week of training.

	You will learn about and deploy specialty munitions such as chemical agents, diversionary devices, specialty impact munitions, and stun grenades.
